in format-style, hi tech, stuff related to myself (like as with neurology), interesting discussions, developing ideas, testing ideas sometimes directly by clashing with other ideas if safely possible, getting my ideas crushed by others logically if my idea had weaknesses, lots of learning, adrenaline releasing things, producing helpful things
